Fantasy On SI lists Harold Fannin Jr. as a TE7 value after he led Cleveland with 731 receiving yards as a rookie.
Fannin already proved he can command volume in an ugly offense. TE7 is not a giveaway, but the route and target case is much sturdier than the price suggests.
